Spyrosoft

I don't spend much time on Polish microcaps but several unrelated people told me to check out Spyrosoft. While I normally spend an hour investigating then move on, Spyrosoft stood out as it had characteristics of one my favourite IT services companies: Reply. I then had a chance to listen to the Founder/CEO Konrad speak on a YouTube video and the business model, culture, and overall approach jumped off the page. As a result, I've dug-in and I think I've found a nice little gem that could 5x or 10x over time. There is basically no volume but for me, it was a fun exercise digging into an IT services upstart with a unique organizational design accompanied by a passionate and entrepreneurial management with skin in the game.
